Club Objectives

The objects of the Society are:

(a) To become and remain registered with the Guild.

(b) To further the interests of enrolled students.

(c) To assist new students with orientation to the University.

(d) To encourage and promote cooperation between the Society and other Student societies.

(e) To do all things that are necessary and proper for the benefit and advancement of the Society and the Guild.

(f) To foster greater awareness of general practice as both a lifestyle and a career amongst medical students;

(g) Offer a forum for medical students to provide crucial feedback on student issues relating to general practice, now and into the future;

(h) Connect medical students to the general practice community;

(i) And facilitate networking between medical students interested in GP and liaising with stakeholders to optimise exposure to General Practice.
